In my quest to find the easiest to read chrono, I landed on central minutes counters as the best way to achieve this goal.
I discovered Panerai's P.9100 caliber that is built around this feature. its also a flyback chrono, which I've discovered in day-to-day use, would be a super handy thing to have.
It also has many other super cool features. The hour hand jumps hours when setting it, and when setting minutes, small seconds snaps to zero. I wish all hacking seconds watches did this …
