Oris 733 accuracy, 3rd time lost 2-3 min

Edit: 3rd time the watch has lost 2-3 minutes over a 4-5 day period. Should it go to warranty? It is 5 weeks old. Oris says -12 sec a day on the high end. That is 1 min per 5 days. Mine is a little on the heavy side.
