I immediately asked for a refund and sent pictures. The seller’s reply:

As part of our customer service policy, Our team checks each item before it is sent out, and follow a very rigorous quality assurance procedure which is fully documented. That’s why the box will be unsealed for warranty activation and quality check purposes.
This process is to confirm the item is in good condition and the buyer no need to worry about receiving any DOA(Dead on Arrival) case. Other than that, please rest assured that all products we sell are brand new and original international version.
As for the grip, you may notice minor differences when compared with versions purchased locally, however, all international versions are suited for use in the UK.
Please give the new camera a try and let us know if there is any malfunctioning or issue that affects you using it.
So many questions, so much bulls**t! When I get the refund I’ll go to Panamoz (again), they were only £100 more.
