Omega Seamaster 2759 – original hands or not?

But the hands…is it possible that they are original? I am aware that 99/100 these models have luminous dauphine hands but this one has luminous lance/alpha. The lume was added during the latest service. These ones look really nice, but I just want to be sure about the originality. Thanks!
