Omega Constellation: How bad of a fake is it?

Found this while rummaging through my dad's belongings. He passed away in 2005 and did like to wear fancy things, but I find it hard to believe he would spend good money on a Constellation without bragging about it every now and then.

I'm almost positive its a fake, but I'd like to be told I'm wrong.
