Omega Caliber 8500 owners.. how many years did you get from the movement before the hour wheel failed?

Hi all

I bought a brand new white Aqua Terra 41mm on leather strap with the 8500 movement in 2013, and it lasted 7.5 years before the hour wheel failed, meaning the hour hand did not advance. I would wear my watch in the morning and find that the time is stuck at 10pm last night. It was serviced 2 years ago and is fine now.

I have another Aqua Terra, this time a used 2016 39mm model in blue. The hour wheel again failed, this time 6 years and 11 months after the warranty card was stamped…
