I did not want to hijack the recent post “Omega 166.009/565 gold capped replacement crown” with my question as I am working on the same model?
I am replacing the crazed crystal which I paid a huge premium for sourcing the genuine part ( you can call me crazy🤪 ) and was wondering if the bezel needs to be removed as well?
These are armoured crystals fitted with a crystal press and if I can avoid removing the soft gold bezel to replace crystal, I would prefer to do it…
