I recently inherited a couple vintage watches that I have been looking into getting serviced , cleaning, and updating a bit. I started research into some options for bracelets, but came to learn upon measuring that the lug widths on them are not standard at all. One being about 17.6mm, and the other 18.8mm.
I'm assuming this is relatively common with vintage pieces, what solutions have you found for these odd spacings? Of course straps tend to work within a tolerance of 1mm or so, and I…
