What’s happened with Schauer watches?

Came across a Schauer watch which is available and of interest, however what has happened to the brand?

Are they now not in existence? Website doesn't exist, there was talk of the brand once Jorg Schauer sold Stowa then since 2023 no info appears to be available and dont paticuarly want to purchase a watch with absolutely no support if there are future issues.
