This is an OEM Seiko SKX171 with the original 7sxx movement that does not hack or hand wind. I wore this for a couple of days and it was running great on the wrist, keeping time within a few seconds per day.
After setting it down and wearing something else, after 24 hours it was still running but had lost 3-4 minutes. I tried this twice and it did the same thing, on the wrist running great for a day or two, but sitting down after a day or so, it would loose 2-4 minutes. I guess it is…
