Just wanted to share a helpful tip: you can use positional accuracy to your advantage!
My new (to me) 1861 Speedy has been running roughly -6 sec/day. For the past 5 months, I've been setting it a couple minutes ahead and then, a few weeks later, resetting it when it's a couple minutes behind. It hasn't been a real concern since the watch is otherwise showing healthy numbers, but it was slightly annoying.
