Help ID-ing an unsigned far east ( I think) movement

Handed a rather challenging bag of bits to identify, does anyone recognise?

The back of the movement resembles Seiko, with a magic lever style self winding, while the front has an up-down indicator complication on an extra plate, a 24 hour wheel, and calendar disc. "Glash" on the oscillating weight but otherwise unsigned and quite crudely finished.

I've never seen anything quite like this, so if anyone has an idea I'd appreciate the help!
