Do you ride your bike with your automatic watch?

I've been a fitness bike rider for years and have thought about this issue for just as long. But, I do ride with it, not on my gravel bike on unpaved roads, but on my road bike, with the constant vibrations from the asphalt, and occasional bigger bumps and shocks.

Question is: What is it doing to my 4r36 hairspring balance assembly? Is this why my spot-on regulation never holds up for long? This particular 24/7 worn movement is only 2.5yrs old.
