Treated myself to a Father's Day gift – a cheap'n'cheerful Panerai-esque automatic – it's clearly not a Panerai, so calm yerselves 
I like the Panerai look and I wanted to try something with a power reserve indicator. $138 on a canvas strap from Amazon (wanted the easy return in case it was a dud) – with tax and minus a gift card, came to ~$114.
