Need Help Identifying this JLC desk clock?

Hi Everyone. Very new to the forum but I was wanted to see if anyone could help me identify the attached clock. It was my grandfathers who live in Australia and was given to me. I had it serviced by JLC in 2012 but didn't have it identified. Any help is much appreciated!
