Need advice: Is this cal 283 dial a re-dial?

Hi.. a new member here looking for buy first omega vintage watch
I found this listing from a local online seller: Omega cal 283. The dial looks very clean, but I cant decide whether the dial is original or a repaint? I found that the Omega font is suspicious, but I might be wrong.
The seller asking for around 750 usd
