Some years ago I acquired a Hamilton XC Chronometer complete with the COSC certificate. I occasionally check this watch to the Colorado NIST time signal and always find it hasn't gained or lost even a second. I have mechanical chronometers that do a good job but you've got to love the HAQ for the next level up.
