Over the moon (hahah) with my Longines Master Moonphase 40mm. I've gotten into the habit of setting it easily: search for last full moon, and then count days since and set watch (it takes about 2-5 minutes, which isn't so bad). But I do have a question on setting a moonphase. What is the best way to not "mechanically" hurt the watch? This is what I do:
Go to 6AM. Set the date and the moonphase. Then set the time.
Is that the right way? Also, does it hurt to set a date/moonphase at 6PM…
