I received my new Mark XX today. When I pull the crown out to set the time the minute hand jumps back 1-2 minutes. When I push it in it jumps forward about 1/2 a minute. Very frustrating! For a watch that is about accuracy I find this unacceptable. How does IWC let a watch leave the factory with an issue like this? I saw some posts and a video online showing the same thing and I was hoping mine would not be affected.
I saw some people say it’s normal for the movement and don’t worry about…
