Looking for age of Cardinal watch

Tried asking on vintage watches on Reddit & the main watches sub with no luck. Thought I'd try here before I give up.

Gold colour on the strap is heavily worn but the case is ok. Photos make it look a bit more gold than it is. says 21 jewel Swiss made. 36mm I believe. More pics below thanks
