Longines Hydroconquest or Limes Leviathan

I’m looking at both of these watches. Cost and case size aside, which would you choose? I currently mostly wear a Sinn EZM 3 or a CWC diver. Both a little smaller case size, but I can wear a 44 fine with an 8” wrist. I’m mostly after quality, fit and finish and movement information. German vs. Swiss… Personal experiences?
