As you know from my posts, I have two (actually, now three) Seiko Pulsemeter digital watches. On one of them, I managed to muck up the laminated stick-on LCD screen, because I'm a MORON! The replacement Seiko part – P/N# 4510-068 – consists of the plastic crystal WITH the two horizontal lines, on a piece of clear, self-ahesive material.
