Lesson learned the hard way

The phrase never go into debt for a watch has never rang more true than now for me. Recently looked at how much debt I was in and saw that it was shy of 57K. Anyways lesson learned the hard way. While watches are great, it’s not worth the debt at all especially being a new dad. I’ve consolidated my collection down to seiko ssk003 and an Apple Watch. Looks like my grail of an aqua terra will have to be a 50th birthday watch in 16 years time as opposed to a 40th birthday watch in 6 years.
