I am at a crossroads. As my collection grew, I bought an antique cabinet and modified it to hold 48 watches in the drawers in modified watch boxes, while the cabinet below provided storage for all of the boxes – which at the time I thought was more than enough. Plus there was some space in the drawers for extra straps, NIB watches, etc.
I am at the point where I have far exceed the 48 watch capacity of the cabinet. So, do I do a fire sale and move some watches at the low end of the wear…
