Keep my painted dial 111 or?

Hello. Brand new to Panerai. First post to this forum.
I purchased a PAM111 with an F serial number. My research was obviously lacking, because I thought the 111 had a sandwich dial, and mine arrived with a painted dial.

I like the watch. My wife likes the watch.

But am I missing out on some essential Panerai experience by not having a sandwich dial? Should I return my 111F and just buy one of the newly released 2025 Luminors?

Any guidance is appreciated.
