Just wondering if anyone else has had such terrible customer service from Jomashop?
I bought an Alpina Startimer from them last autumn, and it never worked correctly, intermittently loosing anything from 10 to 40 minutes in 24 hours after working okay for about 4-5 days, or sometimes stopping altogether! Resetting it didn’t work, changing the battery didn’t make any difference, the problem persisted. Called Jomashop and they said if I returned it, they send me a replacement. Fair enough…
