My wife has a handful of rings and earrings she has inherited over the years. None to her taste, so she’d rather sell and buy something she likes, most likely a watch. I fear just rocking up to a local jeweller I neither know or trust will result in lowball offers. But is that her only option here? Anyone know any trusted or recommended jewellers in Sussex?
She’s getting tempted with those online/tv cash for gold firms, but my gut is telling me they’ll provide the lowest of offers. Is that true or based on fear not reality? What about pawn brokers? Whenever I’ve watched those pawn (made for tv) programmes, the offers always seem quite reasonable tbf.
