Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control Date, reference Q4018420 (current catalog). Condition is Excellent, with only the tiniest signs of my very careful use. Comes with inner/outer boxes, books, and warranty card dated July 2020 (warranty through 2028 if you update the registry in your name with JLC).
Just back from full maintenance service (no polish) performed by JLC in Texas. I sent it in for minor crown malfunction, and they performed full maintenance service under warranty
