Is two price hikes within a few months normal for a watch brand?

I was thinking about buying a Hanhart earlier this year, as they offered mechanical chronographs at a price point that I didn't see many, if any, other brands offering their mechanical chronographs at (Japanese brands excluded) but I noticed the only Australian dealer had bumped their prices by $150 in late February – early March (from $3,050 for the TachyTele to $3,200), which is fair enough, I guess, but I just checked yesterday out of curiosity, and the prices have gone up by another $400…

Is two price hikes within a few months normal for a watch brand?
