Is the movement the century-old original or switched? Also, is it a trench watch conversion?

So, took apart this vintage watch, yes, big mistake and I already got flamed by Reddit for it for everything I did wrong, including not using finger condoms and having opened it in the first place. But I took many photos and I want to identify it.
