Not trying to set something up as click-bait, just curious about other opinions. They have a history of copying and then out-marketing their competition (sound like anyone else?). Two examples come to mind.
1. VC adopted the Maltese Cross as a logo in 1880. Some years later PP adopted the Calatrava Cross as their logo (1887 I believe). Both heraldic symbols, both tied to ancient orders of knights.
