Is Norqain worth a look? or Get a Tudor instead?

Just looking at watches (typically start the itch this way, ending up with another watch ). I see the movement used in Norqain (ie NORQAIN Freedom 60 39mm NN2001SA/T201/18DOS.16S) is the same (or similar Kenissi) as whats used in Tudor BB lines. I can find the NORQAIN Freedom 60 39mm for a lot cheaper brand new than a new BB 58. So the question is, is it worth looking into or stick to Tudor?
