I'm hoping someone can help me decipher what movement this is. What movements were used in Breitling hand wound watches from the 50's and 60's. I need to locate a new stem for this one and the choices on the Esslinger page are so numerous and variables so subtle I'm trying to avoid ordering stems that don't fit.
