Hello,
I inherited this watch from my Great Grandfather who died in 1933. It was presented in a box that is clearly made to display rings, not a pocket watch.
The maker is engraved as DANIEL CHENEVIERE, GENEVE and there are case markings of 18K and the number 478 and 8285/ 2/3.
I can find no information about the watch online at all – can anyone supply any information on it please?
The watch runs and keeps reasonable time. Any information gratefully…
