I want to wear my grandfather's automatic Bulova watch made in 1956 to a funeral. It hasn’t been serviced in at least 50 years. I would have it on my wrist for about 3 hours. How much damage would I do the movement in that period of time if I wear it? The watch has been stored in a air conditioned bedroom and has never been worn during that time. The watch ticks when I move it. I plan to have it inspected and serviced but not in time for the funeral. I believe the movement is this one…
