I started off collecting the way lots of folks do. Seiko was my gateway. I've had Speedy fever for a long time. But the microbrands have come so far recently, I have picked up several Loriers along the way as well as some others. I still hesitated about a real Speedy, not only for the cost, but the maintenance cost.
