How to get showroom sparkle

I have noticed in jewelry stores that used watches, even with brushed lugs, have a nice sparkle–that is, nice shine and gleam to them. i saw a Blusey which is a 5 digit model with a nice sparkle to it. How do they achieve the sparkle? Thanks
