How do you tell a friend their beloved watch is fake?

I have a friend, shocking I know. He's not a watch nerd but he does like "hype" and trends. I'm not entirely sure where or when but he got a popular watch.

He has a "Rolex GMT ii Pepsi" but half a look at it and it is a clear fake. It's not a GMT as there are only three hands, there is no engraving on the inner bezel, and the numbering on the bezel itself is all wonky. I haven't been able to see it up close, only in pictures so far but from what I can see it's not even a good fake.
