How do I open this watch

I tried to look for a gap or a lip but can not find any also try pushing pushing down the crown did nothing but it does push down. I want to take it to a watch doctor but I think I need to know what movement it is before I can find out the price. The glass is broken, I can wind it does make sound as I do but hands no move but can not wind backwards there is resistance.
