Howdy. Trying to help a friend while isn't a watch guy buy a Cartier Tank for a lady friend.
The examples he gave me were a vintage gold Tank Normale, and a vintage Must de Cartier (stainless or white gold)with light blue roman numerals on the dial. But with were on light blue croc leather bands, and he said the band was the most important.
I want to recommend he stay away from vintage to avoid headaches, and not to sweat the strap and focus on buying the right aftermarket strap…
