I have found 2 models with blue dial that enter my budget (max 700$)
The Seiko Padi blue Samurai aka SRPJ93 and the Laco Augsburg blue.
Yes I know it's 2 different style but both are blue and in an acceptable price.
I saw the Seiko in a shop, it's just acceptable on my 17.5cm wrist (the Turtle is too big)
As for the Laco I only saw it in videos and photos as it's very difficult to find a physical store that has it.
I like both of them but I have to choose 1.
