Help identifying this model?

Hello. Does anyone knows anything about this model? I like it a lot, but I haven’t seen one before, so any information would be appreciated.

Especially about that lovely bezel. I can’t think that I’d has been plated and the plating is just gone, because the rest of the case is steel.
