I'm hoping some of the Citizen experts here can help identify a Promaster Tough that has turned into a fun mystery.
I recently purchased this watch second-hand and have spent quite a bit of time researching it. After comparing it to numerous Promaster Tough references, I haven't been able to identify the exact retail model.
