Hello everybody, could anybody help me authenticate this watch?

I have seen this Cartier Santos for a decent price. I understand and have read that you should always buy the seller, not the watch, but I am willing to take that risk. I have checked the serial number of the watch on the Cartier website, and it gives the same watch but with a different color dial. How could I authenticate this watch?
