I recently bought my first Ball – a neo-vintage Engineer II Ohio. I've been trying to get extra links for it but haven't been able to get a hold of customer service.
A Ball AD in the US told me it's best to contact Ball directly through the website. I have sent 2 emails in the last month or so but other than the "we received your email and will respond shortly" type of response, I haven't received heard anything.
