So I live in Romania, Europe, and I sent my SLGA001 for servicing a few weeks back – I asked my AD to ask the GS Service (which for Europe is located in Germany, at least the one where my watch was sent to) for servicing options – regular service, and what the costs are for "light polish" as well as a more comprehensive polish.
I was given a DHL tracking number, and as far as I can see, the watch reached the GS Service in Germany 16 days ago as of today, but still no answer at least in…
