Permanent pins came off on my bracelet…the entire watch actually fell off my wrist and luckily onto my carpet. This is for my SBGP017.
Turns out the 2 permanent pins that hold the center link were loose, resulting in the pin that holds the links together to fall out…
To me this is a sign of poor quality control.
Anyone else had this experience?
Watch is getting sent off for warranty work and a battery change
