TLDR Summary: Tudor received a watch, that I damaged and fixed the issue, under warranty, at no charge to me. The watch was returned to me, more accurate, than it was new. Turn around time, to Switzerland and back, was 6 weeks. Returned in a nice branded suede pouch.
