My 10 year old son has started show an interest in my watches. He doesn’t like automatics – he thinks it’s silly to purposefully wear something that is less precise – but likes digital. I bought him an f-91w, which he liked and wore most days. He very much loves knowing the precise time that the bell will ring at school, etc etc.
