Not a vintage expert, but I was told upon purchase of this Tuna that it has all new seals. That's all I really know as it's my only Seiko that is pre-2000's. It's a bit more petite than my SBBN015 that I've grown quite fond of, so I am letting it go to someone who will enjoy it. That being said, it is by no means a small watch.
